We Deliver 365 days a year!

Yes, we delivery 365 days a year, however, there are a few holiday dates that we do charge a premium for: $35 upcharge.

Valentines Day - Feb 14th, Memorial Day Weekend - Sat, Sun & Mon, Independence Day Holiday - July 3rd, 4th, & 5th,

Labor Day Weekend - Sat, Sun, & Mon, Thanksgiving Holiday - Wed, Thurs, Friday, Christmas - 24th, 25th & 26th, & New Years Eve & Day.

Here is the information we will need:

• Birthday/Celebration Date: (Keep in mind, we typically deliver the night before so there is a surprise to wake up to!)
• 2-3 Colors you would like us to use:
• Message you want displayed: (up to 20 letters for Standard, 30 letters for Grand!)
• Specialty signs (2 for Standard, 4-6 for Grand - send us several ideas incase we are out of stock, but feel free to let us know top choices!)
• Address we are delivering to: (Our prices include a delivery radius of 15 miles. Rentals over 15 miles will incur a $25 delivery fee per 5 miles over.)

Policies

• Payment is required at the time of booking in order to confirm/hold your reservation/date.
• Once you have paid for your rental, you agree to all of the terms and policies set forth on the Letters In The Yard website.
• You will be invoiced and held responsible for any missing or damaged lawn display items once we have installed the display and until we return to pick it up. (These signs are way more expensive to replace than you would think!)
• DO NOT touch or move any our signs.
• Please make sure someone at the property we are displaying the signs at is aware that you have purchased a sign rental to be delivered!! (We do not like fearing for our lives, or spending 30 minutes with the Police to explain what we are doing if we do not have too!)
• Please do not throw our Letters In The Yard signs in the garbage, or vandalize our signs under any circumstances. If you do not want the signs in your yard or you think they are damaged for any reason, please contact us immediately at 770-527-4126 AND 678-873-9299.
• If you have a Yard Maintenance company, please arrange for them to come BEFORE or AFTER our displays are scheduled to be set up/taken down. Weed whackers & lawn mowers destroy our signs.
• We encourage you to pose next to or behind the display to take photographs of your celebration. Again, please DO NOT touch or pull the signs from the ground.
• Letters In The Yard and all representatives of Letters In The Yard are not responsible or liable for any injury or damage that may be caused to any person or personal property during the set-up or removal of any of our rentals.

REFUNDS

• Cancellations: You must cancel 48 hours or more before your scheduled rental - no refunds will be given if within 48 hours, but we will work with you to reschedule for a different date.
• In the event of inclement weather, we may not be able to set up your Letters In The Yard display at the scheduled date/time. Inclement weather includes lightning/thunderstorms, hurricanes, heavy rain, high winds, winter weather and any other Act of God that would put us or our signs in harm's way. We will work with you to get the display delivered at the earliest possible time, no refunds are given for inclement weather.
• No refunds will be given due to the client giving us the wrong address, denied access at a gated community, or a homeowner asking us to remove the display from their property.
• No refunds will be given for circumstances that prevent us from setting up the display, that are out of our control.
